GoDaddy is the company I use for registering all of my domain names, but I lease my own hosting server so I don't need to use them for that. However, any time someone asks me for a host and their on a budget, the first company I recommend is GoDaddy. Reliable service, customer service that actually answers the phone, and monthly prices as low as five bucks can't be beat.
If you're a beginner and trying to do things on your own, I highly suggest their SmartSpace add-on because it lets you add content from YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and more all into your website with just a couple of clicks.
